I contacted the support at Runic, and after providing DxDiag and a couple other things, they suggested I first try to update my drivers. I had heard this card didn't mesh well with TL II after a certain update. Graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series. I'm not the best with computers, so any attempts to fix the problem haven't worked for me.
